If you like to go ahead with our services. Please confirm by email or schedule a discovery call. The project team will send you a client portal email for you to get started with us. We'll need the following items to do so;

We always start by building the homepage for you first. Then provide a walkthrough video for you to review. To ensure we get the branding, sitemap, and structure correct before proceeding with the build of your website.
We provide walkthrough proposal video.
You review the homepage design draft and provide feedback.
We'll make adjustments before proceeding into the build phase.

Once everything is approved with the homepage design (Point 2). Then we're off to the races - we'll build out the majority of your website. Once completed we'll send through a website revision webform for you to complete.

All search engine optimization metrics added.

Once the entire website build is completed and approved. We'll hand the website right over to you. You can modify your website from this point. As your business grows, you'll be able to make the adjustments yourself. we do not in-force any support packages at site handover.

At the point of handover (Point 4), we are not finished. We'll help you hook up your domain. If you are not familiar with how to do it. Don't be concerned - we'll connect your domain to your new website.
You would request a technical support call to connect your domain.
We can point and forward other domains if needed.

What's included?
Our web design packages are priced for the initial design and build of your website. Our team will send you a form to complete that allows you to tell us about your business and what makes you special - and we use that content to create you an amazing website that will help get you into the rankings on Google - and convert customers that visit.
Once we finish the website and hand it over to you, you'll have login details to be able to edit your website as you please. Our editor is really simple to use, and almost anything is possible.
What's Not Included?
Once the website is finished and handed over to you, its up to you to update and maintain as you wish. After the handover date, we will not continue to make changes on your website for you unless you choose a support plan or make an amendment request.

Yes! The website builder we use is incredible. It allows you complete control over almost anything, including adding more pages, updating the blog, adding new images, or updating it when you buy more photo booths.
As soon as the handover date is passed, we will send you your login credentials as well as a tutorial video to get you started.
Can I Keep My Current Domain?

Yes! If you already have a website, or you already bought your domain, we will build out the website on a temporary domain for you - and once you're happy to handover, we will log into your domain registrar account and point your domain for you.
Can You Buy My Domain For Me?
Can you buy my domain for me?
We don't make any money on the domains - we just buy them on your behalf. It's really easy to get a domain from a registrar like godaddy.com - but if you'd rather we do it for you that's no problem. We can either set up a GoDaddy account in your name, or we can buy the domain on our account and you can re-imburse us the yearly fee.
Where Is The Website Hosted?
Where is the website hosted?
We build our websites using brandaio.com - all of the sites are hosted on Amazon AWS servers, and are delivered using a CDN (Content Delivery Network) so it doesn't matter where in the world you are, the website will always load lightning fast.
Can I Embed Widgets On My Website?
Can I use widgets on my website?
Yep! Whether you have the booking widget from BoothBook.com, or the template gallery widget from Photobooth Talk - we can embed any widget on any page.

We offer a written content service for additional fee. Give us a few details and our in-house journalist will write the content for you. All you need to do is approve it before the website goes live.
